Sleep Technology Mobile Experience
Snooz creates white noise machines that help users achieve optimal sleep environments. This project enhances the digital companion experience, allowing users to personalize sound settings, track sleep quality, and integrate with their existing smart home ecosystem for a frictionless approach to better sleep.
Initial consultation with a Snooz engineer revealed key opportunities for enhancing the app experience. Through collaborative analysis, we identified high-value improvements to existing functionality while pinpointing strategic new features for implementation. Our redesign objectives focused on improving usability and streamlining the device setup process, ensuring users could access the full range of Snooz capabilities with minimal friction.
By creating a guided setup flow with clear visual hierarchy, intuitive illustrations, and concise instructional copy, we transformed a previously challenging interaction into an accessible experience. This approach ensures users can confidently optimize their sleep environment without technical barriers.
